Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner  in the State of Illinois
• Experience in Pain Management, Injections or Rehabilitation are a plus
• Strong New Graduates will be considered

$95,000+

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday: 7:30am - 6:30pm

Tuesday, Thursday:  10:00am - 6:30pm

Friday:  7:30am - 12:30pm
