Our amazing clinic located in Evansville, IN is looking for a confident nurse practitioner to lead our team!   If you are a provider who is comfortable performing trigger point injections, we would love to speak to you.  The ideal provider will possess strong leadership skills while teaming up with the rehab coordinator and available collaborating physician to restore patients back to a better quality of life. Qualifications:

• Licensed as Nurse Practitioner in Indiana
• DEA preferred.  Prescriptive authority required.
• Experience with trigger point injections preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

• Depends on Experience

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 9AM-12PM
• No call
• No evenings
• No rounds
