The person will contribute to profitable charge volume growth with existing clients (ECV) by developing relationship, offering our products, delivering customized solution aligning with global strategy, and maximizing our T&E and non T&E share of wallet. Portfolio size is around $100M with around 60 clients. In addition to account developmenyt role, he / she sometime negotiates program implementation with prospects as the 2nd role of the position.
This person report to a senior manager in LM AD. Qualifications
1. Has advanced sales/account development skills to achive all assigned targets, has will to obtain Challenger sales skills. 2. Demonstrated good business acumen, ability to analyze prospect pipeline, sales and portfolio performance. 3. Strong communication skills with proficiencies that create collaboration, plus impactful presentation skills to internal & external audience. ( Native level Japanese and business level English )
4. Key competencies – due to the broad nature of this role, including sales, relationship management, and portfolio management, he/ she needs to be strong in all aspects of competencies espacially in "Drives Result", "Inspire Others".
