We currently have an opportunity for a qualified and experienced Associate Executive Director Nursing Services to enjoy a generous remuneration package. Our client the National Guard Health Affairs, Al-Ahsa is one of five major hospitals in Saudi Arabia with some of the most advanced centers currently available in the Kingdom. The hospital has a highly respected reputation throughout the Middle East region and consists of 3 levels of a total area of 35,000 square/meter which has 300 bed-capacity and can accommodate up to 400 beds. They are accredited by Joint Commission International (JCIA).

Basic Function:

The Associate Executive Director, Nursing Services assumes 24-hour accountability for leadership and coordination of the department in collaboration with other hospital departments. Responsible for and administers the managerial functions of setting objectives, planning, staffing and directing activities of the assigned departments/areas of responsibility.

Essential Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Nursing/ Healthcare Administration or in a related discipline
  • Registered Nurse with a current Nursing license
  • Minimum of eight (8) years experience in a health services setting
  • With a minimum of five (5) years of progressive senior administrative positions and managerial/supervisory experience with at least two (2) years in a comparable organization
  • English Language Skills: Expert
  • Computer Skills: Expert
