We currently have an exciting opening for a Western qualified Burn ICU, Registered Nurse for our client, a tertiary acute care facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Head Nurse, assumes responsibility for providing quality care to patients according to established Policy, Procedures, and Standards of Nursing Practice. Responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care utilizing the nursing process and meeting the established standards of nursing practice and performance.  Supports the philosophy and objectives of the Department of Nursing and contributes to educational efforts.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • BSc in Nursing from a Recognized Facility
  • Valid Nursing License from country of origin
  • Basic Audit Techniques and Approaches to Quality
  • Basic Research Methods

Experience:

  • Minimum of three (3) years post graduate clinical experience with at least current 2 years in relevant specialty
  • Previous experience of working in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Experience of Supervising the Work of Others/ Preferably Preceptorship

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

  • Demonstrated Clinical Nursing Abilities
  • Problem Solving and Organizational Skills
  • Well developed oral and written Communication Skills (English Language)
  • Arabic Language Skills an Advantage
