Remuneration value up to $43 223.36 p.a., comprising salary rates $55.72 - $60.50 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 7) (Permanent part time 24 hours per fortnight. Purpose of the Role:

It is the purpose of this role to manage the daily staffing of the service line.  The Bed Manager is responsible for timely and efficient flow of patients, within and external to Cancer Care Services and within and external to the organisation.  Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal strategies are required with relevant stakeholders to prioritise the allocation of patients into Cancer Care beds.  The Bed Manager is responsible for the management of information systems and data relating to patient flow and quality improvement strategies in service delivery.  Assumes individual accountability to meet professional practice standards relevant to the position.
