About the Role

The Director of Nursing is a Registered Nurse who demonstrates advanced knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and theory as the Director of Nursing you will work directly with the Hub Facility Manager and be supported by the Executive Director of Nursing and Midwifery (EDONM) and Nursing Director – Remote coordinator to develop and implement strategies to align care delivery with the Central West Hopsital and Health Service Strategic Plan.

You will also be required, in consultation with the above leadership positions, to develop a vision for the service, in line with the strategic direction of the Central West Hospital and Health Service.

Salary Information:

The total remuneration value of up to $155,315 p.a., is comprised of: salary between $127,073 - $136,126. p.a., (Nurse Grade 9); employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%); annual leave loading (17.5%); Permanent full-time; Applications will remain current for 12 months.
