Remuneration value up to $115 262 p.a., comprising salary rates $55.72 - $60.50 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 7) (Permanent part time 64 hours per fortnight.  Purpose of the Role:

The Nurse Educator is a senior member of the Caboolture Hospital Nursing and Midwifery Services who develops strategies, and delivers educational activities to plan and meet identified learning and development needs of staff in line with the Metro North Hospital and Health Services (MNHHS) and Caboolture-Kilcoy-Woodford Education Action Plans, and designated strategic priorities (such as Patient and Family Centred Care, accreditation standards).

The Nurse Educator also monitors and assesses clinician performance in line with MNHHS policies and procedures.
