Credit Analyst are responsible for handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls on current and past due Corporate CM and Client accounts. They negotiate payments as required, also working to resolve the status of each particular account presented. CS are effective in balancing their collection efforts, while ensuring to maintain a positive customer experience, using persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
