About your opportunity
The purpose of the Midwifery Unit Manager (Midwifery Group Practice) is to provide midwifery leadership to proactively manage and coordinate clinical practice and the provision of human, financial and material resources in accordance with organisational goals, ensuring a cost-effective midwifery service focused on providing exceptional, evidence-based patient care. To facilitate and provide midwifery/nursing leadership, support, clinical supervision and mentoring within the midwifery/nursing team.
Role Requirements
Generous remuneration package value up to $137,278 p.a. comprising salary range of $4235.40 to $4598.20 p.f. (Nurse Grade 7), 17.5% leave loading, 12.75 % employer contribution to superannuation.
