About your opportunity
The Clinical Nurse Intake Officer in the Alcohol Tobacco and Other Drugs Service (ATODS) is responsible for providing comprehensive intake assessments for people and/or their family who present with substance use disorders. The position will provide a comprehensive range of drug and alcohol nursing services including assessment, screening and brief interventions under a primary health care/harm minimisation framework. The position will be required to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team utilising evidence based assessment and interventions primarily in the alcohol and drug field.
Generous remuneration package value up to $110,268 p.a. comprising salary range of $89,990 to $96,361 p.a. (Nurse Grade 6), 17.5% leave loading, 12.75 % employer contribution to superannuation.
