An exciting opportunity exists for Registered Nurses within the Inpatient Units to lead and deliver person centred nursing care within a dynamic health environment based on the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia – Registered Nurse Standards of Practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to positive patient outcomes by leading the assessment, planning and evaluating of nursing care in collaboration with the patient and/or their family and the health care team.

  • Actively participate in activities to achieve unit performance indicators and meet relevant standards.

  • Actively promote a learning environment by supporting colleagues; fulfilling portfolio responsibilities and participating in Performance and Development Plans (PDP).

  • Contribute to positive health outcomes by participating in quality initiatives, research activities and practice development.

Salary between $2643.90 - $3391.20 p.f. (f/t) or salary rates: $34.79 - $44.62 p.h. (p/t) (Nurse Grade 5) (temporary full time and/or part time positions available for up to 12 months).
