Remuneration value up to $74 420 p.a., comprising salary rates $32.72 - $34.72 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 4) (Permanent part time 72 hours per fortnight. Purpose of the Role:

The purpose of this role is to for providing an advanced level of care based on demonstrated continuing education, experience and competence, and demonstration of requisite leadership skills within ward 2C as a member of the interprofessional team. Demonstrated advanced practice is specific to the context in which the Enrolled Nurse Advanced Skill (ENAS) which works and is based on the complexity of the service required and the necessity to provide that service. The ENAS demonstrates a greater depth of knowledge and experience, and more effective integration of theory and practice than the Enrolled Nurse (Grade 3).
