International Commercial Risk Director

Managing and overseeing our global commercial strategy across international. The team will interface with the RROs, central risk teams, capabilities teams, and other functional owners including Global Credit, Finance, World Services, GCO and Operational risk in various regions to drive strategy and outcomes.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating global standards across commercial
  • Monitoring the credit metrics and the effectiveness of changes to capabilities, policies and strategies across regions,
  • Designing, testing, monitoring, and approving credit policies and strategies
  • Executing global capabilities, strategies and policies to improve credit metrics.
  • People leadership and career development to a team of managers and providing regular career coaching sessions with all team members.

Qualifications
 

Required skills:

  • Excellent communication and influence management skills to partner across functional areas, geographies and time zones.
  • Experience in B2B/supplier payments.
  • Strong understanding of commercial data sources e.g. bureaus, insurers, etc.
  • People leadership and career coaching skills required.
  • Proven track record of managing change and driving results.
  • Strong analytical skills and competencies preferred (SAS, SQL, Python).
  • Knowledge of risk systems and capabilities preferred.
