OPERATING DEPARTMENT PRACTITIONER / ANAESTHETICS NURSE
Full Time, Permanent
Salary Scale £24,670 - £30,742 per annum
We have a full time vacancy within the Anaesthetic department of Raigmore Hospital Theatre Suite. Previous Anaesthetic experience is desirable although not essential and training can be provided to the successful individual.
Training will allow the candidate to be fully supported and in a supernumerary capacity until the correct skills have been achieved.
We are looking for a flexible, adaptable, enthusiastic team player to join this busy unit in a role which can be both challenging and rewarding.
Specialities include both elective and emergency cases involving Ophthalmology, ENT, Urology, General, Dental, Upper Gastro-Intestinal, Colo-rectal, Gynaecology, Obstetrics, Orthopaedic and Trauma.
There is shift required when you have achieved the relevant skill set. Training and support will be provided and some theatre or surgical experience would be desirable though not essential.
