West Wyalong Hospital is a 22 bed health facility delivering acute, sub-acute and emergency services. Pathology services and X-ray are provided along with a range of community health services.

What you will be doing
Provide safe compassionate person centred care through the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care in collaboration with individual/s and the multidisciplinary health care team to achieve safe quality care outcomes that meet the goals of the individual.
