The registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of quality, cost effective, patient centred nursing care in consultation with other members of the health care team and in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia's National competency standards for registered nurse. Assumes individual accountability for actions within the position.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Demonstrates understanding and knowledge of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Culture.
Ability to provide high level of nursing and clinical leadership across the multi-disciplinary team that reflects the highest possible standards of relevant legislation and contemporary models of practice which includes quality improvement, nursing research and professional development.
