About the Role
Provide clinical skills, support and education to patients/clients and nursing staff within the Unit to ensure the provision of best practice and quality patient care.
The Clinical Nurse is required to provide leadership across all aspects of the Winton Hospital and Multipurpose Health Service (MPHS) and must be able to apply advanced, comprehensive knowledge and skills in emergency care, aged care and acute care whilst providing education and development of staff and portfolio management.
The role of the Clinical Nurse in this rural setting incorporates all aspects of nursing care whilst demonstrating the following foundational elements of the Central West Professional Practice Model:

Nurse Grade 6 (1); Permanent flexible full-time / part-time. The total remuneration value of up to $115,508 p.a. Full-time salary between $95,545 - $101,237 p.a., and part-time hourly rate of $47.68 - $51.05 p.h. We offer employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%); annual leave loading (17.5%); Accommodation and Relocation assistance (conditions apply); Professional Development Allowance.
