We are looking to recruit a band 5 community staff nurse to the Oban and Lorn community nursing team for a fixed term contract of 20 hours per week.

You will be expected to work across the locality providing nursing care to patients in their own homes.

As peoples needs increase there is an increasing demand for people to be cared for at home so this is a great opportunity for nurses wishing to gain experience in the community setting .

You will be working along side a very supportive and experienced team of nurses and will receive a period of supervised induction, along with support to develop your skills as required.

Knowledge of tissue viability, palliative care, and an understanding of the contributions of the multi disciplinary team would be advantageous but training can be given.

You will be expected to work flexibly and weekends

Informal enquiries are welcomed by: Gill Fairclough
